The moment a call connects, Voiceyfy analyzes voice patterns, cadence, latency signatures, audio fingerprints, and behavioral cues to determine whether the caller is a human or an automated system — another AI agent, a robocaller, a spam dialer, or a telemarketing bot.

When a non-human caller is detected, Voiceyfy takes the action you've configured: silently disconnect, redirect to voicemail, play a tone that terminates robocall scripts, or simply log the attempt for your review. Your real AI agent never wastes a minute engaging with another machine.

Can it accidentally block real customers?

False positives are extremely rare — less than 0.1% of human callers are misidentified. We recommend the "Voicemail Redirect" option as your default action rather than "Silent Block," so any misidentified human can still leave a message and be followed up with.
