SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the text message program operated by Voiceyfy, a product of Spicyfy Ventures LLC ("Voiceyfy," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

When you request to schedule, confirm, or reschedule a service appointment — whether by phone with our scheduling assistant or by submitting a request through our website — we may send you SMS text messages containing appointment scheduling and calendar booking links, appointment confirmations, and related scheduling information.

2. Consent

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Voiceyfy at that number. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our scheduling service.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Voiceyfy is not responsible for any carrier charges you may incur. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging or data plan.

4. Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply request a new appointment or booking link.

6. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

Your privacy is important to us. Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page, and the "Last Updated" date above will be revised accordingly.
