A close friend of mine runs an HVAC company in Texas. Good technicians, fair prices, strong Google reviews. The business should have been growing steadily. But it was not.

One summer weekend, he lost over $3,000 in revenue because six emergency repair calls went to voicemail. His two-person office staff was off for the weekend. Customers with broken AC units in 100-degree heat did not leave voicemail messages. They called the next company on the list.

He told me about it over dinner, and I could not stop thinking about the problem. This was a small business owner with three trucks and a dream. He could not afford a 24/7 answering service at $3,000 per month. And the answering services he tried could only take messages, not actually book appointments.

My academic background is in physics. I hold an MSc in Physics from Andhra University and recently started as a PhD Researcher in Quantum Computing & Quantum Algorithms. Combined with over a decade as a software architect building enterprise-grade systems, I bring a unique blend of deep scientific thinking and hands-on engineering.

When large language models and voice AI reached a tipping point in 2022, I realized I had the exact skills to solve this problem. I founded Spicyfy Ventures LLC in Dallas-Fort Worth to build AI-native SaaS products for the businesses that need them most.

I built Voiceyfy with one principle: this is not an enterprise product squeezed into a small business package. It is designed from the ground up for owners who have ten minutes to set up their phone system, not ten days.
