99.9% Uptime Guarantee
We guarantee 99.9% uptime across all production services. This translates to less than 8.8 hours of downtime per year. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance and do not count toward downtime calculations.
Incident Response
Critical incidents (full service outage) receive a response within 15 minutes. High-priority incidents (degraded performance) within 30 minutes. All incidents are documented with root cause analysis and published on our status page.
Latency Targets
Voice agent first-response latency is targeted at under 800ms for English calls. Chat responses are under 500ms. API endpoints respond in under 200ms at p95. These benchmarks are measured continuously and available on our live dashboard.
Redundancy & Failover
All critical services run with automatic failover across multiple availability zones. Database backups are taken every 24 hours with point-in-time recovery available. Voice services have built-in fallback routing to ensure no calls are dropped during partial outages.
